The flight offer depends on the availability of the requested aircraft. If it is no longer available, Cielo Aviation will propose immediately an alternative offer in line with the customer’s needs.

Cielo Aviation will send you a quotation with several proposals by e-mail. You should reply by e-mail with the private jet you have chosen; we will then send you the contract addressed to the required person, which you need to sign and deliver for the final confirmation, together with the proforma invoice for prepayment.

Cielo Aviation offers the possibility to change the number of passengers even at short notice. However, it will be necessary to check whether the requested aircraft can carry the new number of passengers and if it will affect the performance of the aircraft, such as flight duration & the ability to fly to a specific airport. If the aircraft is no longer suitable for the new number of passengers, it will be necessary to inquire the availability of another aircraft (this could lead to possible cancellation fees).

You can cancel your booking at any time, exclusively via e-mail to charter@cielo-aviation.com. Please pay attention: related cancellation fees are stated in the contract and may apply.
