How can I book a flight?

By submitting the online booking form or by sending an email to charter@cielo-aviation.com specifying departure and arrival airport, travel dates, times if known, number of passengers and contact details.

How long is an offer valid?

The flight offer depends on the availability of the requested aircraft. If it is no longer available, Cielo Aviation will propose immediately an alternative offer in line with the customer’s needs.

How do I get my flight confirmation?

Cielo Aviation will send you a quotation with several proposals by e-mail. You should reply by e-mail with the private jet you have chosen; we will then send you the contract addressed to the required person, which you need to sign and deliver for the final confirmation, together with the proforma invoice for prepayment.

Can I change a booking?

If you need to make last-minute changes (< 24 hours), please contact your flight consultant. Any changes before can be communicated either by telephone calling at +39 02 87 157 524 or via e-mail to charter@cielo-aviation.com.

Can I change the number of passengers at short notice?

Cielo Aviation offers the possibility to change the number of passengers even at short notice. However, it will be necessary to check whether the requested aircraft can carry the new number of passengers and if it will affect the performance of the aircraft, such as flight duration & the ability to fly to a specific airport. If the aircraft is no longer suitable for the new number of passengers, it will be necessary to inquire the availability of another aircraft (this could lead to possible cancellation fees).

How to pay for my flight?

Cielo Aviation accepts credit and debit cards as well as bank transfers.

How can I cancel a booking?

You can cancel your booking at any time, exclusively via e-mail to charter@cielo-aviation.com. Please pay attention: related cancellation fees are stated in the contract and may apply.

What documents do I need for travelling?

To travel with Cielo Aviation, all passengers need a valid passport or ID card. Additional entry documents might be required, depending on the legal regulations of the specific country. Cielo Aviation’s flight consultants will specify all the required documents needed when sending the quotation.

How many bags can I carry?

The number and size of luggage you can carry depends on the type of private jet you charter. Cielo Aviation will provide advice about the most suitable aircraft for your needs.

Can I carry oversized luggage?

CIELO Aviation allows its customers to embark bulk luggage, such as bicycles, skiing, - golfing or surfing equipment. However, we require to be notified about oversized luggage beforehand to guarantee the most suitable aircraft and to ensure prompt boarding procedures, to respect the requested take-off time.

Can I bring my pets onboard?

Yes, you can. Cielo Aviation believes that pets are part of the family and we make every effort to ensure that their travel is as pleasant and stress-free as possible.
