The flight offer depends on the availability of the requested aircraft. If it is no longer available, Cielo Aviation will propose immediately an alternative offer in line with the customer’s needs.

Cielo Aviation will send you a quotation with several proposals by e-mail. You have to communicate by e-mail the private jet you have chosen; we will then send you the contract addressed to the required person, which you need to sign and deliver for the final confirmation, together with the proforma invoice for prepayment.

If you need to make last-minute changes (< 24 hours), please contact your flight consultant. Any changes exceeding the 24 hours (> 24) can be communicated either by telephone calling on +39 02 87 157 524 or via e-mail to charter@cielo-aviation.com.

Cielo Aviation offers the possibility to change the number of passengers even at short notice. However, it will be necessary to check whether the new number of passengers will affect the performance of the aircraft, for example flight duration, the ability to fly to a specific airport, etc. If the aircraft is no longer suitable for the new number of passengers, it will be necessary to check the availability of another aircraft (this could lead to possible cancellation fees).

You can cancel your booking at any time, exclusively via e-mail to charter@Cielo-aviation.com. Please pay attention: related cancellation fees are stated in the contract and may apply.

To travel with CIELO Aviation, all passengers need a valid passport or ID card. Additional entry documents might be required, depending on the legal regulations of the specific country. CIELO Aviation’s flight consultants will specify all the documents required when sending the quotation.

The number and size of the baggage you can carry depend on the type of private jet you charter. CIELO Aviation will provide advice about the most suitable aircraft for your needs.

CIELO Aviation allows its customers to embark bulk luggage, such as bicycles, skiing, - golfing or surfing equipment. However, we require to be notified about oversized luggage beforehand to guarantee the most suitable aircraft and to ensure prompt boarding procedures, to respect the requested take-off time.
